Reminders to our Valued Guests:

Check-in Time: 2:00pm, Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
Pay as you check-in
Those paying in credit cards, please present your Credit Cards & ID's for swiping
Restaurant, Telephone Bills, laundry, etc. must be paid at the time of delivery unless prior credit arrangement is made with the management.
Please settle your accounts in full when checking out.

Guidelines for Hotel Guests who bring their foods (Cooked and Uncooked), Beverages and Paid Corkages:

Cooking and eating in the room is strictly prohibited.
Foods and beverages are not allowed inside the room, restaurant, beach bar or inside the serving areas.
Foods and beverages should be stored in the car and consumed in the picnic area only.
Kitchen staff is prohibited from cooking foods of hotel guests.
Glasswares, flatwares & silverwares will not be provided to guests who paid corkages.
Use of picnic area is until 9:00PM only.
The management will not be responsible for any valuables or goods missing from beach area, picnic areas or any vehicle.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

For advance reservations thru bank deposit, 50% cash deposit should be settled to By The Sea Resort with BPI Bank Account Number 8781-001148 at least 5 working days before check–in date. Fax or e-mail us a copy of the deposit slip and bring the original deposit slip upon arrival at the hotel. Balance should be paid in full upon checking–in. Personal and company cheques will not be honored. Only cash and major credit card payments will be accepted. For reservations to be confirmed, wait for an e-mail confirmation from By The Sea Resort Hotel.

GUIDELINES ON HOTEL BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:

Deposits are forfeited for the following reservations:

Cancellations 24 hours before and the day of the reservation.
Cancellations on convention days, weekends and holidays.
Not applicable on group reservations with contracts.

HOTEL BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES:

30% - 48 hours before reservation (except instances stated above)

20% - 3 days to a week before reservation (except instances stated above)

10% - beyond one week (except for instances stated above)

For credit card payments an additional 5% will be charged on top of the cancellation charge.
